or better, Veganaise and add to
freaking EVERYTHING!!!
But trust me, right out of the bottle...
these are seriously GOOD!
NOTE: Today I mixed a whole Bottle of the
Tahiti Joes Italian/Garlic Hot Sauce
with some EVOO and a bit of water and
made the MOST delicious dressing for salad/fish/meat...
and ANY of the other flavors would work just as well!!!

OMG I woke up today to like 20 frantic emails from friends asking about grilling...
What everyone had a mass grilling amnesia attack???
But actually EVERY Summer the same 20 questions come up again and again about how to grill, how to buy meats, gas vs charcoal, marinade or not to marinade, what to serve with etc....
So this year I took some time and have complied an

In the true spirit of NEW beginings in the New Year... and my own
commitment in 2011 to (finally) change over to a VEGAN lifestyle...
OK Compounded by a too long session of watching PBS programing
on the subject over the Thanksgiving weekend...
I have added some VEGAN recipes here that are a super simple entry,
in hopes that in 2011 (and I do challenge you) that you too, will make an attempt to (one day a week) make a more heart healthy
and positive lifestyle change.
These recipes are pretty much silly easy and have been road tested
by picky crew and high expectation charter guests as tasty...
