In the true spirit of NEW beginnings in the New Year,

and my own commitment to (finally) change over to a VEGAN lifestyle, OK compounded by a too long session of watching PBS programming on the subject over the Thanksgiving weekend...

I have added some VEGAN recipes here that are a super simple entry, in hopes in this next year (and I do challenge you) that you too, will make an attempt to (one day a week) make a more heart healthy and positive lifestyle change.
